My Why

I’ve been in dentistry for over 20 years and have had the chance to experience it from almost every seat in the office. I started as a dental assistant, worked the front desk, and eventually moved into management and regional leadership roles.

Because of that, I understand how a dental practice really functions—from clinical care to patient communication to the daily challenges teams face behind the scenes. That perspective allows me to help offices implement workflows and systems that actually work for the entire team.

My passion for education really started in 2017 when our general practice began implementing Invisalign. What began as a passion for educating patients about their oral health and helping them feel confident in their treatment decisions quickly grew into something bigger. I realized how powerful it is when dental teams can explain dentistry in a way that patients truly understand.

Now, I focus on helping dental professionals communicate more clearly, build trust with their patients, and create workflows that make treatment easier for both the team and the patient.

Today, I’m proud to serve on the Board of Directors for the Academy of Clear Aligners and work as an Align Educator, where I continue to support teams in growing their knowledge, confidence, and systems around clear aligner therapy.

After two decades in dentistry, one thing is still clear to me: when patients understand their oral health, they make better decisions—and that starts with how we communicate.
